La Guita Manzanilla (37.5cl)
Manzanilla is the driest style of sherry, made only by the sea at Sanlucar de Barrameda. La Guita is one of the great names of the town turning out consistently excellent sherry at a very reasonable price, like this handy 375ml bottle. Make sure you always have a half bottle of this in the fridge and serve with olives and salted almonds whenever you need a little southern sunshine.

Strong yeasty note on the nose with subtle brown apple notes, on the palate it's fresh and salty with crunchy apples and a long nutty finish.
