A 50cl bottle of La Gitana's deliciously dry Manzanilla sherry. It's made with Palomino grapes and matured in a solera system not far from the coast, so there's that savoury influence among the fruitier flavours.
Salted nuts and anise, with crisp apple, coastal influence and dried herbs on the finish.
