Manzanilla La Gitana En Rama
Fabulous Manzanilla sherry from La Gitana. Made with 100% Palomino grapes, this is matured in the winery's soleras, which are made up of 150 year old American oak casks! With minimal treatment to the liquid before bottling, the intention here is to deliver a sherry that tastes as good as if it were poured straight from the cask.

Pungent drying fruit, yeasty herbal notes, some floral apple with a gently coastal salinity, and old, well used oak.
