This is a special edition released to celebrate the 225th anniversary of Hidalgo La Gitana. It's take from 800 litre barrels aged 15 years in special part of warehouse to preserve the flor, so this has the complexity of an amontillado but freshness of a manzanilla.
Fresh yeasty nose, saline and very complex. The palate is intensely flavoured, pungent, salty, fresh, and very long.
