Appleton Estate Joy Anniversary Blend 25 Year Old Reviews

The best

This is my favorite spirit ever created. You can still taste different flavors 5 minutes after taking a sip. It is the smoothest rum and is akin to liquid gold. I can't fathom anyone giving this less than a full 5 stars. A full on explosion of taste and joy.

Fire and brimstone

On the dry side overall; there's a lot of sweet caramel and chocolate on the nose, but the taste has tea and a strong dry bitterness. Quite fiery. Not bad, but nothing like as smooth as I'd hope for at this price.

Pepper and spice and all things nice

Oh lawdy.

Assertive! An explosion of raisin, vanilla distilled in ethanol, bitter marmalade and leather.

The whisky of rums, constantly evolving on the palette.
