From Jamaican distillery Appleton Estate, this 1998 vintage rum was created from a selection of nineteen casks of marques, distilled in a Forsyth pot still and aged for 25 years, and then blended by master blender Joy Spence to create an elegant, single marque that is rewardingly rich and complex.
