An exceedingly impressive offering from Czech bottler Rum Shark, this expression hails from the legendary Appleton Estate in Jamaica. Distilled in 2008, the rum spent five years maturing in the tropical climate of Jamaica, before a further nine years of continental ageing. Bottled up at cask strength, a release of 252 bottles.
