
What do we have here? It's a bottle of Campbeltown Soop from the folks at North Star Spirits! The iconic soup label has been reimagined here for a lip-smacking coffee liqueur, which sees a helping of aged Campbeltown whisky (obviously) infused with natural coffee flavour. Bottled at a hearty 50% ABV, we're happy they didn't opt for chicken and mushroom flavour.
Earthy, roasted coffee grounds are joined by sweet vanilla bringing notes of sweet, milky iced coffee, with burnt biscuits and a smoky note of hickory beneath.
Silky notes of butterscotch are backed by vanilla fudge, with sweetened Vietnamese iced coffee and ground, roasted beans.
A touch of peppery warmth arrives for the finish, though it's kept in check with soft vanilla sweetness, rounded off with dark toffee, a touch of cacao, and lingering coffee.
