Created for Gabriel Boudier by bartender Maria Vieira (from East London Liquor Company) as winner of the Gabriel Boudier Wizard Award 2018, this Mustard Liqueur is made with a combination of black and brown mustard seeds, inspired by Boudier's home of Dijon.
