Founded by Andrew Emmerson in Dumfries and Galloway on the Solway Coast in South West Scotland, Solway Spirits makes a variety of treats using British ingredients. Their range features a selection of gins (even one made to taste like Rhubarb Crumble!), a rather spicy vodka and even their very own spiced rum. The drinks from Solway Spirits are produced in batches of only 50 bottles, with their rectification column putting in plenty of work to make each batch. Oh, and it’s not just spirits that Andrew has a passion for - he also owns Andrews Ales, brewing up tasty beers and ciders!
