Solway Spirits has crafted a Navy Strength gin, dubbed Ginsignia! It boasts 14 botanicals, with hibiscus, rose, tonka bean and lemon verbena among them. Floral, zesty and creamy, some tonic and a twist of lemon peel will serve it rather well.
Tart red florals lead into oily citrus peel and dry juniper, with fragrant verbena and a creamy vanilla note.

Came across this at a food festival stall and was instantly blown away by it. Tasted it straight up first and it makes a superb sipping spirit. Smooth, with a pleasant oiliness that lingers long after tasting. It is strong but the floral fruity palate balances out the alcoholic content remarkably well. With the addition of a a quality tonic it makes a delicious longer drink, complimented well by a slice of lemon. One of my top 3 gins currently. Not cheap, but well worth the price.
