It seems the Solway Spirits folks up in Cummertrees, Scotland, have taken a shine to combining classic puddings of our childhood with gin - which we're rather fond of too. Sticky Toffee Gin captures the lip-smacking sweetness of sticky toffee pudding, alongside the classic earthy/spicy notes of a juniper-forward gin.
Caramelised raisins, pine and a hint of floral angelica.

Nice distinct taste, goes well with cream soda (trust me can be a alt mixer) as for it as a gin itself i have had better but the flavor does boa well and if worth adding the selection.
