From Fowey Valley Cider in Cornwall comes this 2 year old cider brandy! Its vintage cider is distilled five times, and then filled into new American oak barrels. After two years, it's bottled at 40% ABV. A rather unique tipple that works very well as a digestif.
Treacle notes supported by toasted walnut, lots of dried fruit and liquorice, with lots of baking spice and a touch of black pepper.
