Another bold Shiraz from those crazy cats at Zonte's Footsteps. The grapes come from Blewitt Springs, a subregion of McLaren Vale. It's aged in old oak which smooths out the wine without adding lots of oaky flavours and tannins, and bottled with minimal filtration. Make sure the food you serve with this has some big flavours.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Big bold fruit here with brambles, cherries and damson, lots of spice too like nutmeg and cloves. The palate is rich and warming with aromatic cigar box notes and chocolate.
