Sauvignon is one of the grapes that goes into one of the world's greatest sweet wines, Sauternes. This Chilean ones are picked late when they are full of sugar with a little gewurztraminer for fragance. This fresh, fruit-laden fruity pudding wine would be delightful with fruit tarts or blue cheese.
