Verus Riesling 2022
A glorious riesling here from Verus Vineyards in Slovenia! The grapes are harvested from vines over 30 years old, producing small, but rich and characterful yields. This young white wine has a crisp, fruity, and lightly floral character – beautifully delicate, it would make a fab aperitif and a great accompaniment to rich fish and chicken dishes.

Fairly dry yet floral, with apricot and white peach, a whiff of lemon zest, orange blossom, and a racy acidity.
