Venus La Universal Dido 2015
The Dido 2015 is another lively, youthful Spanish red from artisan producers Venus La Universal, made predominantly with the Garnatxa (Grenache) grape variety. Sourced from sauló (decomposed granite) and soil plots in Falset, this affordable and delicious red maintains its freshness and purity by ageing in clay pots.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Juicy blackberries, rich cherry and red plum dominates, with bramble developing. Slight earthy, with soft oak hints in the background.
