A crisp 2022 vintage white wine, produced by Txomin Etxaniz from the Basque Country, made using native grape varieties, hondarrabi zuri and hondarrabi beltza. Wonderfully fruity and fresh, this would pair very nicely with seafood tapas or sushi.
