Tua Rita Rosso dei Notri 2020
Another great Super Tuscan from the Tua Rita stable. The name refers to wines made in Tuscany from French grape varieties, in this case cabernet, merlot, and syrah. Usually these wines cost hundreds of pounds so this is a great introduction to the style. Try it with roast pork loin stuffed with herbs.
