Description

The 2016 vintage Veneroso from Tenuta di Ghizzano in Italy, made with 70% Sangiovese and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes are organic, and fermented in large wooden vats with wild yeasts, before the wine is rested for 16 months in large oak casks. We've heard that it's a rather good pairing with duck...
