Well the name 'Suckfizzle, might not be the prettiest but this is one of the top wines from one of the best producers in Margaret River, Stella Bella (again not a name that exactly screams fine wine). This part of Western Australia is famed for its cabernet sauvignon so if you're a lover of Bordeaux or a Napa cab, then look no further. We think this would be extremely tasty with a nice piece of beef.
Blackcurrants galore with plums, dark chocolate, cloves, cinnamon, tobacco and even a fresh menthol note on the finish.
