Spice Route The Amos Block Sauvignon Blanc 2021
The Amos Block is a tiny vineyard in the Swartland region of South Africa that has some extremely old vines. Old vines usually mean lower yields, grapes per vine, but more flavour as this intense wine shows. Despite the heat, the freshness and acidity here are remarkable. Oh and it's organic.
