Description

Sibiliana Sensale Grillo comes from Sicily and is produced with 100% Grillo grapes. The best grapes are sourced from a collective of regional growers, and sustainability is practiced throughout production – for example by composting all waste for biological agronomic use! Wonderfully elegant, this has a zesty freshness that would pair very nicely with seafood or hard cheeses.

Overall

Lemon blossom and zesty orchard fruits feel bold, yet delicate at the same time. Underlying flint minerality makes a perfect bed for all the citrus notes.
