Yet another cracking Saracco Moscato D'Asti! These marvellous Italian wines offer up loads of stone fruit and honeyed notes, with a refreshing floral edge that makes them excellent as aperitifs. The 2021 follows that theme, and we reckon it would pair rather well with some of those fancy little cheese-filled pastry hors d'oeuvre type things.
Lime, crunchy green apple, vanilla blossom and a smidge of lilac, honey.
