
Here's something a bit unusual, it's a blend of malvasia, the classic Mediterranean variety with some sauvignon blanc, native to France. Both are grown in Puglia in the far south of Italy to produce an aromatic, heady white that really suits all kinds of seafood dishes but it's especially good with fried fish.
Floral with pineapple, mango and peach freshened with lemon zest. Very clean and fruity.
