Italy's Ronco del Gnemiz is back with another brilliant vintage, and this is the 2018 Sol Chardonnay. It was fermented in as well as spending its 10 months of ageing in barriques. Given its ripe fruit balanced with a mineral backbone, it makes a stellar pairing with shellfish.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Apricot and pineapple lead into ripe stone fruit, with oaky vanilla peeking through alongside a pebble mineral note.
