This Southern Australian red makes use of the classic Rhone blend of shiraz (aka syrah), mataro (aka mourvèdre) and grenache. The shiraz provides spice and elegance, the mataro stucture and the grenache a soft fruitiness. What a great combination! This is a real all-rounder at the table equally good with meaty curries, baked aubergine dishes or pizza.
