A splendid 2018 vintage Rioja from Roda. Produced with a core of tempranillo grapes, balanced by a small addition of graciano and garnacha tinta, harvested from old vines in the Rioja Alta region and matured in French oak barrels for 14 months.
Sweet cherries and plums, with plenty of red fruits and cocoa powder, a good balance of toasted oak with vanilla, nutmeg, and soft leather.
