Robert Oatley Great Southern Riesling 2020
Just to confuse you, the Great Southern region is in Western Australia. Its cooler climate makes it perfect for growing riesling, perhaps the ultimate cool climate grape. This is zingy and fresh and would be wonderful with Thai or Vietnamese food.

Honey and citrus on the nose. Intensely limey on the palate with a little toasty character.
