Description
A pinot-dominated non-vintage blend from Ridgeview in Sussex, the great English Sparkling Wine pioneer, this is a little meatier and richer than others. This would make splendid Champagne-alternative.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Red cherry fruit on the nose, meaty yeasty notes. Meaty and full on the palate, creamy texture, long yeasty notes. Good balance, long and savoury.
