Here's the 2016 vintage of Produttori del Barbaresco's Riserva Montefico, made exclusively with Nebbiolo grapes from the eponymous Montefico vineyard. Rich, bold, and with an enjoyable spicy edge to it from spending a good long while in oak, this expression should do brilliantly with red meat dishes.
