Petra Hebo Toscana 2019 75cl

This is what's known as a Super Tuscan - to put it simply, it's Italian but it uses French varieties. In this case cabernet and merlot with some local sangiovese to produce a wine that's sort of Chianti meets Bordeaux. Normally such wines cost a lot of money so this is something of a bargain. Try it with roast lamb served with all the herbs.
