Don't overlook Cava. This Spanish sparkling wine region makes some of the best value wines in the world. Castillo Perelada is one of the higher quality producers in Cava. This vivid Rosado is made from a blend of Garnacha (aka Grenache), Pinot Noir and a rather obscure Catalan variety called Trepat. It's enormous fun.
Bursting with ripe strawberry fruit, fine bubbles with some delicate pastry notes.
