Fresh Catalan wine made from the Cava trio of grapes, macabeo, parellada, and xarel-lo, but in a still wine. This is bursting with floral fruitiness and at 11.5% effortlessly drinkable especially with Asian-inspired dishes like sesame tofu with broccoli.
