The second wine of Ornellaia, this offers some of that Super Tuscan magic but at a more accessible price. This is made from merlot, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and petit verdot that is aged in French oak barriques for 15 months. We recommend decanting this before serving.
Cassis, dark spices, vanilla and a little toastiness. Lots of ripe fruit and tannins.
