Nyetimber Classic Cuvee Multi Vintage
This is the signature sparkling wine from English winery Nyetimber in West Sussex. Made from a classic blend of chardonnay, pinot noir, and pinot meunier, this expression includes grapes from all of Nyetimber's vineyards, blending wines from several different vintages. After extensive cellar ageing (usually more than three years), there are distinct aromas of toasted oak and spice, while the palate is laden with layers of honeyed almonds, pastry, and baked apples, all wrapped up with delicate bubbles.
