It's the 2018 vintage Porphyr & Kalk Südtiroler Sauvignon from Niedrist! Made from a blend of Sauvignon, Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Lagrein grapes, and was fermented in stainless steel before being aged for a few months in acacia barrels. The wood influence here is subtle, with florals and honey running throughout.
Honeyed orchard fruit and white flowers, with pear blossom, peach and apple skin.
