Mount Horrocks Watervale riesling from the Clare Valley is an Australian classic. It starts off intensely citric but after a few years in bottle starts to explode with toasty nutty flavours. It goes brilliantly with spicy Vietnamese food.

Ripe peach, lime and intense lime peel notes, firm crisp acidity, mouth-watering! With time this opens up to reveal nutty and toasty notes on the finish.
