A grand 2021 vintage shiraz red wine from Australia's Ministry of Clouds. The grapes are harvested from two historic family vineyards in the McLaren Vale region, with some vines over 80 years old! Impressive stuff, with lots of fresh red fruit and subtle spicy notes - this would be great with a nice piece of cheddar.

Rich spicy nose with red fruit and subtle medicinal notes, palate is full but fresh with leather, cloves and cinnamon.
