Ministry of Clouds Chardonnay 2019 75cl

The cool climate of Tasmania is Australia's Chardonnay wonderland. So it's no wonder top producer like Ministry of Clouds source their fruit from the island. This 2019 vintage comes from a vineyard planted in 1979 on the east coast of the island.

The grapes were hand-picked and then fermented in old oak casks before being aged for 11 months in old oak. This is a super fresh, zingy Chardonnay that would appeal to Chablis lovers and would be delicious with sushi.
