Produced in Margaret River in western Australia, it's a fragrant blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. Each grape variety is aged separately in French oak barrels for 18 months before being blended and bottled. A subtle savoury undertone makes it a top pairing with herby meats.
