McHenry Hohnen Rolling Stone 2013
It's the impressive 2013 vintage Rolling Stone red wine from McHenry Hohnen! Produced in Margaret River in western Australia, it's a fragrant blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. Each grape variety is aged separately in French oak barrels for 18 months before being blended and bottled. A subtle savoury undertone makes it a top pairing with herby meats.

Tart red fruit and round tannins, with a smidge of teriyaki sauce and tapenade, balanced by red flowers and black fruit.
