From the Australian McHenry Hohnen winery comes this 2017 vintage Chardonnay, produced with grapes solely from the limestone Calgardup Brook vineyard, based just inland off the coast. The coastal influence is clear alongside the fruitier notes in the wine, so it should do well alongside seafood dishes.
