2015 vintage Prosecco, made with grapes harvested from Rive di Colbertaldo (a renowned hamlet in Vidor with some very old vines). This is the flagship wine produced by Maschio dei Cavalieri - with good reason. It's generally brilliant stuff.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Soft apricot and sharp green apple. Touches of fresh vanilla pod and violet bring floral elements to the fore. Flour-dusted rye bread loaves.
