This French Sauvignon Blanc from Lucky Barrel was aged in oak casks sourced from Scotland, which previously held Scotch whisky! The folks behind the brand wanted to create a wine that would also satisfy whisky drinkers. The bright zestiness of the grapes balances well with the toastier notes from the cask, and it's a top pairing with fish.
