Le Soula Blanc 2016
It's the flagship white wine from Le Soula! A core of Sauvignon Blanc is supported by Macabeu, Grenache Blanc and Vermentino grapes, with just a smidge of Marsanne, Roussanne and Grenache Gris in there too. The grapes are harvested from vines ranging from 25 to 62 years old! It's then aged for 22 months in a combination of large oak barrels, new oak and steel.

Set honey and goosberry, with waxy citrus, pear and a flinty minerality.
