Description

This refreshing sparkling rosé is the work of Tuscany's Le Corti winery! Principe Corsini is produced exclusively from Sangiovese grapes, fermented for 24 days before a secondary fermentation for two months. The result is a super delicate effervescence, with notes of red fruit and florals, perfect for warmer days.

Overall

A super fine, delicate effervescence, with tart raspberry and gooseberry alongside touches of candied white flowers on a dry finish.
