Le Corti's Chianti Classico is an excellent example of the brilliance elegance that Chianti can bring to the table. It's bright and fresh, with plenty of juicy fruit and floral wafts running through it, plus some balsamic acidity and peppery spice along the way. Made with 95% Sangiovese and 5% Colorino, it's allowed to rest in cement vats after the winemaking process for 12 months.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Underripe plum and fresh summer berries, namely raspberry, and touches of tart hibiscus florals, with a subtle mineral undertone and a dry finish.
