Larry Cherubino Ad Hoc Wallflower Riesling 2021
If you've never tried Australian riesling, then you're in for a treat. They tend to be bigger, riper and drier than their German cousins but without losing that all important tingle of acidity. This one comes from the Great Southern region which is, confusingly, in Western Australia. There's no better wine with spicy Asian food.

Fresh limes and lime zest with peach and orange blossom, Super fresh and zingy with a little honey and toast on the finish.
