If you've never tried Australian riesling, then you're in for a treat. They tend to be bigger, riper and drier than their German cousins but without losing that all important tingle of acidity. This one comes from the Great Southern region which is, confusingly, in Western Australia. There's no better wine with spicy Asian food.
